1. Returning a Defective Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, you can submit a claim request within 4 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process your claim, and the loss will need to be borne by you.
Important Note on Package Damage
If you notice any damage to the package at the time of receiving it from the courier, please mention the damage in the remark section while signing for the delivery.
Steps to Return a Defective Product:
- Send an email to us with the subject: "Claim: Defect Return #YourOrderID".
- Include the following in your email:
- If your claim passes all verification checks, we will recreate and ship a new product to you at no additional cost.
2. Returning or Exchanging for Other Reasons
If you wish to return or exchange a product for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or personal preference (without any defects), the following terms apply:
- Claims must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
- The return or exchange will be handled at your expense.
Steps to Return or Exchange for Other Reasons:
- Email us with the subject: "Claim: Self-Chosen Return #YourOrderID".
- In this case, you will need to cover a shipping cost of ₹95 per product for the return and reshipping.
